Refund Policy
Last updated: October 31, 2026. Applies to purchases made from this date.
We want you to be able to try SlothTube with confidence. This policy covers paid plans (Plus and Pro) and credit packs, which are sold by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record.
At a glance
- First payment of a plan: a full refund within 14 days, if you have used no more than 10% of the plan's monthly credits. One click, no reason needed, once per person.
- Credit packs: ask within 14 days of buying.
- Duplicate charges: always refunded in full.
- Failed requests: credits come back automatically.
- Cancel anytime: you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
14-day refund on your first payment
If SlothTube is not for you, you can get a full refund of the first payment of a subscription, monthly or yearly, if both of these are true:
- it is within 14 days of that payment, and
- you have used no more than 10% of your plan's monthly credits since then (80 credits on Plus, 200 on Pro).
Use Request a refund on the pricing page while signed in. The refund is issued right away, your subscription is cancelled and your plan ends immediately. Credits from credit packs stay on your account. This refund is available once per person, even if the account is deleted and created again.
Because SlothTube starts working for you as soon as you use your credits, a plan used beyond this limit, and renewals after the first payment, are not refunded, except as described below or where the consumer laws of your country require otherwise.
Credit packs
You can ask for a refund of a credit pack within 14 days of buying it. Credits you have already used cannot be returned, so a pack that has been mostly used may not be eligible for a full refund. Your subscription is not affected by a credit pack refund.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before the renewal date. If you were charged for a renewal you did not mean to keep, contact us within 14 days of that charge and we will review it.
Duplicate charges and shutdown
If you were charged twice for the same purchase, we refund the duplicate in full. If we shut SlothTube down, we refund the unused part of any prepaid subscription period.
Credits for failed requests
This happens automatically, without a refund request: if a request fails on our side, the credits it used are returned to your balance. Once a request has started, leaving the page, switching videos or losing your connection does not return its credits.
When we may decline a refund
- The request is made after the periods above, except where the law requires otherwise.
- The account was suspended for breaking our Terms of Service, for example by abusing the Free plan or this policy.
- The same person asks again for a plan that was already refunded.
How to request a refund
For a subscription's first payment, use Request a refund on the pricing page (see above). For anything else:
- email support@slothtube.net from your account email with the subject "Refund" and your order number, or
- use the order confirmation email from Lemon Squeezy to contact it directly.
We aim to answer within 3 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method; depending on your bank, they can take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
Please contact us before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank; we can usually solve the problem faster. If a payment is disputed, the credits on the account are removed, automatic refunds are no longer available and any subscription is cancelled.
After a refund
When a subscription payment is refunded, the credits from that payment are removed from your balance and the subscription is cancelled so it does not renew. When a credit pack is refunded, the credits from that pack are removed from your balance.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time from Manage Subscription in the extension. You keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling does not by itself refund the current period outside the 14-day window above.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the consumer laws of your country, such as a statutory right of withdrawal.
